· Headlining the Cavallo Ventures broodmare band is Callaway's Intoxication (1990, ASR #119956). Intoxication is sired by Five-Gaited World’s Grand Champion CH Will Shriver, who also sired the exciting five-gaited World Champion’s CH Will’s Bulletin, CH Callaway’s Criterion, CH Callaway’s Hot Copy, CH Callaway’s New Look, CH Callaway’s Mr. Republican and CH Callaway’s Wish Me Will. Intoxication is out of the major five-gaited stakes winner CH Sherry My Sherry (by CH Colonel Boyle, two-time Triple Crown Winner in Fine Harness and five-time World’s Grand Champion in Fine Harness at Louisville- a record beat only by CH Callaway’s Copyright). A half sister to Panacea (dam of World’s Champion Callaway’s Hakuna Mattata and Reserve World’s Champion Callaway’s No Problem), she has already produced a number of remarkable offspring, including the talented five-gaited mare Callaway’s Serif, Callaway’s Anticipation and several members of the Callaway Hills and Kalarama Farm broodmare bands. Intoxication is the second dam of Callaway’s Connotation, the highest selling yearling and second highest seller overall at the Callaway Hills 2004 Production Sale at Tattersalls. This talented youngster has been a multiple winner of prominent 3-gaited stakes for Belle Reve Farm. She is also the second dam of the 2007 Reserve World's Champion, He's My Beau, a young star in the Junior Exhibitor Three-Gaited division. Intoxication is the third dam of WC Real Action, the much talked about winner of the 3 YO three-gaited classes at the 2009 Lexington Junior League and World's Championship Horse Shows. Callaway’s Intoxication foaled Bella di Giorno, a gorgeous black filly in May, 2007, sired by Powerful Charm, LCC (sire of World’s Champion Weanling My Charming Christina). In 2009, Intoxication foaled a big, solid bay filly, Maria La Divina, by WC and WC sire Designed (WC CH Caramac x BHF Sultan's Dianna). Intoxication back in foal to Designed for a 2011 foal. · From the incredibly successful dam line of World’s Champion CH Eleanor Rigby, we happily own Excelsior's Fire Opal (1987, ASR #112874). Opal is a big, strong and pretty mare who lists as her dam the dynamic World’s Champion three-gaited mare CH Heart to Heart. She is a half sister to Peregrine, who produced CH Eleanor Rigby and is the second dam of World’s Champion sire Exalted Effect and World’s Champion Call Me Ringo. She is also a half sister to Just Maggie, who produced World’s Champion Cats Don’t Dance. Sired by CH Fancy Brass, a major California five-gaited stakes winner, Opal was a successful three-gaited and fine harness horse herself on the West Coast. She has only been bred lightly but has produced big stretchy foals that are athletic, well-conformed and good thinking. Opal produced a wonderful filly, Opalescent Charm, by Powerful Charm, LCC in May, 2006. In April of 2007, Opal produced the stunningly handsome and athletic colt, An Ideal Husband, by Powerful Charm, LCC. In 2009, Opal foaled a big, handsome All American Cup Futurity colt, Mon Dieu!, by WC Desert's Supreme Memories (Desert's Supreme Admiral x Desert's Precious Memories x Mountain Highland Memories), two-time winner of the five-gaited stallion stake at the KY State Fair. · Blind Trust (2001, ASR # 135960). Sired by the highly regarded performance and broodmare sire Attache's Thunderbolt, Blind Trust is out of the mare Breathtaking, sired by Spring Valley's Deliverance. She is a full-sister to both Bad Moon Rising and Blind Ambition, both World's Champions at a very young age. By Attache, the legendary 5-Gaited World's Champion and the sire of many show ring and breeding horses such as WC Attache's Three of a Kind, WC Attache's Liquid Assets, WC The Mean Machine, WC Satan's Seductress, Attache's Born Believer, and many others, Attache's Thunderbolt has produced many World's Champion performance horses himself, such as Cloudsplitter, Spider Red, Liquid Thunder, The Light O' Love, The Attache Orchid, etc. His most recent winning offspring include the exciting Junior Fine Harness World's Champion Joe Friday and Junior 3-Gaited World's Champion Heavenly Thunder. The maternal side of Blind Trust's pedigree is equally as impressive, with countless Hall of Fame Broodmares and legendary sires such as Wing Commander, Kalarama Rex, Private Contract and Genuis Bourbon King, among others. Her dam, Breathtaking, is a half-sister to Must Be Heaven (dam of WC CH Heart of Blue) and Majesty's Moment (dam of WC Undulata's Time To Shine). Her second dam is the only full-sister to WC CH Valley Venture and is a half-sister to WC CH Lifetime Memory and WC CH Roz. A remarkable blend of both WC producers and performers. In 2009, Blind Trust foaled an athletic, fixy All American Cup Futurity colt, Blindsided, by the impeccably-bred Seaforth's Billion Heir (WC Supreme Heir x WC Rejoice, multi-World's Champion and surely one of the greatest show mares of all time), repeating the continuously successful cross between Attache and Supreme Heir bloodlines. Blind Trust produced a big, leggy, trimmed-in-white colt by the young Supreme Heir stud, Who Wants To Be A Millionheir? in 2010, for Tyler Nunley Stables. · FOR SALE: We are also proud to own Fort Chiswell's Royally Charmed (2001, ASR #135878). This young, extremely tall and stretchy mare is a talented five-gaited contender in her own right. We chose to add Royally Charmed to the broodmare band in order to build upon her already “royal” pedigree. By Attaché’s Royal Assets (by World’s Champion Attaché’s Liquid Assets, son of World’s Champion Attaché and Broodmare Hall of Fame mare Mona Denmark), Royally Charmed is out of Just Charming, by the prolific and successful sire World’s Champion Santana’s Charm. She is a full sister to a number of talented young horses, including the UPHA Fine Harness Classic winner Fort-Chiswell’s Magic Charmer.
